MARION COUNTY SHOWTIME STALLIONS TO PLAY PALM BEACH KNIGHTS AT AMWAY CENTER

STALLIONS V KNIGHTS(Orlando, FL) – The Florida Basketball Association (FBA) will welcome their newest team, the Marion County Showtime Stallions, in grandiose fashion this week by scheduling an exhibition against the Palm Beach Knights at Orlando’s Amway Center, home of the NBA’s Orlando Magic.

The contest, an exhibition event scheduled for January 29th, will be the first official FBA game for Marion County. The two teams will take to the NBA floor immediately after the Orlando Magic host the Milwaukee Bucks that same evening.

The contest was organized by Mark King, Owner and Head Coach of the Orlando based Florida Flight, who saw an opportunity to enhance the brand awareness and image of the FBA.

“We’ve developed a solid relationship with the Magic as of late,” said King. “I saw this as a great way to introduce Marion County to the FBA, and kick off our 4th season in a big way.”

Both teams are bringing with them a caravan of fans for the event. The Stallions crowd of support will also include a couple of Milwaukee Bucks players, one of which will be John Henson, whose brother, Patrick, plays for the Stallions.

Fans who purchased tickets can also enjoy the Magic vs. Bucks game slated for 7:00pm. The FBA contest will begin shortly after the completion of that game.
